Initiate Your Request
Log in to your iPoint account and select the 'Order History' section to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
